Invitation to the Daniel 11 Symposium

“On behalf of the Nevada-Utah Conference, I am excited to be hosting the Daniel 11 Symposium and the Daniel 2 outreach.  It is our desire that the Lord will bring unity through His Spirit and touch many hearts during these events.  I pray that many pastors will be able to come and labor together.” - Leon B. Brown, Sr., President of the Nevada-Utah Conference

“We are living in troubled times, yet the Word of God provides us with the sure words of prophecy . . . bringing peace in the storm and direction for the lost. The upcoming Daniel 11 Symposium in Las Vegas, this May, is running alongside a major prophecy evangelism outreach program on the strip.  It is a wonderful opportunity to participate as Adventist prophetic expositors and evangelists share their latest research on this end-time prophecy and labor side by side for precious souls. Come and be blessed!” – Dr. Conrad Vine, President, Adventist Frontier Missions, Inc. Chair of the Daniel 11 Steering Committee

“I would like to encourage you to attend the Daniel 11 Symposium in Las Vegas this coming May. Our Advent movement began and exploded into action when earnest believers wrestled together with God’s word as they sought to uncover secrets that God had revealed to His servants the prophets (Amos 3:7). Then the book of Daniel was progressively unsealed to their view, revealing a merciful God carrying out the final phase of their salvation.  Thus, showing where Jesus is and what He is doing for us now. The last part of Daniel to be understood is chapter 11, which reveals events in the very near future so that we can warn the world in a compelling way for the preparation of the final crisis before Jesus comes. Therefore, careful and prayerful study of Daniel 11, especially together in group settings such as this symposium, is crucial for uncovering present truth that can make the end-time Gospel go viral, so that many more precious people will see their opportunity to enjoy eternal life with Jesus.”- Roy E. Gane, Ph.D., Prof. of Hebrew Bible and Ancient Near Eastern Languages, Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary, Andrews University

How the Symposium is Organized

There will be six pastors who have varying views on the identities of the kings of the north and south in Daniel 11:40 who will compose the symposium panel. These six pastors presented papers at the October 2018 Daniel 11 Conference in Berrien Springs. However, at this symposium, we will be taking a different approach. There will be no papers presented and we will be inviting greater audience participation.

There will be six one-hour hearings each of the three days. During their designated hour for the hearing, one of the six pastors will present their statements of belief on Daniel 11. After each statement is read and briefly supported, the audience will be able to ask questions or make brief comments to the statement. The panel of pastors will then have the opportunity to further question the sponsor of the statement for the purpose of shedding as much light as possible upon the statement under consideration. After adequate discussion, the statement sponsor will close on his statement and if time permits, present the next statement.

Prior to the symposium, the statements from each panel member will be posted on this site. Each statement will include the documentation that the panel member believes gives support to his statement. All attendees are encouraged to study these statements beforehand and come prepared with pertinent questions.

Along with the posted statements, each panel member will post a paper with a brief introduction of himself, a description of his position on Daniel 11, and how it was that he arrived at his views.

At the conclusion of the symposium, everyone present and all who watch the recordings, are encouraged to answer a 10-question SurevyMonkey  questionnaire which can be accessed HERE.
